Architecture
Kaimakliotis Architects offers a wide range of architectural services. From the initial site investigation and site proposals to site surveys and demolition plans, planning applications and building permits to feasibility studies and detailed design proposals, and even ongoing full site supervision and technical support, we cover the entirety of your project’s needs from start to finish. Our goal throughout this process is to ensure our client’s vision is realized, and we do this by providing innovative proposals that maximize the aesthetic and economic potential of the project. Thanks to our varied expertise and continuous testing through physical modeling and extracting Data via BIM (Building Information Modeling), we are able to offer pioneering ideas and bioclimatic design for an end result that is truly groundbreaking.

We offer comprehensive interior design services for projects of varying scale, type and location. As with all our services, we take a collaborative approach and work closely with our clients to help them make design decisions that are both compatible with their own individual tastes and complimentary to the interior and exterior styling of their project. In this way, the interiors merge with the exteriors to create a single, seamless entity. 3D Visualization and Animation
Three-dimensional models and renderings help our clients to visualize what their project will look like. D. Kaimakliotis Architects is fully equipped with the hardware, software, and skilled staff required to provide clients with in-house, high-quality 3D visualization, graphics, 3D walkthroughs and animation. The creation of physical modeling or 3D animation allows each project to become a 3D experience for the client, allowing them to understand view potential and grant a better understanding the proposed scheme at any point during the project life cycle. We utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) technologies to ensure a more efficient way of working on each stage of our project, and this allows our clients to have full visibility of their project at any stage via 3D walkthroughs. We rigorously test all our design ideas so that we can provide our clients with a clear view of what to expect for the final design.
